Beautiful Little Ladies

These two are just TOO cute. I have been taking Grace's photos since she was a wee little one (see our website www.honeybeeandpeony.com) and now she has little sister Lily who is just as darn stinkin' cute. Usually we have stayed at their house for photos but this time Mom, Grace and I ventured over to the Lake Harriet Rose Garden and Peace Garden. It was a beautiful and Grace SO enjoyed standing under the spraying water from the turtle fountain. She was having such a great time and they were great moments to capture in photographs.

Happy First to Ellie!

Happy First Birthday to Ellie! I had the joy of shooting mom and dad's wedding a few years back (see our very first blog post!) and had so much fun shooting Ellie's 1 Year Photos. This is just a pre-edit collage, but wanted to say Happy Day and Conrgats to mom and dad for making it through the first year of being a parent. She is beautiful!

What a cute little newborn...I don't think I've ever had so many "smiling photos" of such a little guy. He was only 2 months old when these photos were taken and could already melt your heart with his great little smirks!

Jaclyn + Robbie = Engaged (plus Perni & Pearl)

What a beautiful day and a beautiful couple for an engagement shoot! Jaclyn and Robbie were great sports and brought along their adorable dogs for the shoot too! The photos on the dock at Lake Calhoun were especially meaningful since this is where they had their first date. I am anxiously awaiting their wedding in August of 09! Jaclyn is an amazing graphic designer and very artistic and I know everything will be amazing. The engagement shoot ties loosely with their Vintage Lake Minnetonka wedding theme. Thanks Jaclyn and Robbie! Hope you enjoy the photos.

Pink Converse

Seems as if Converse are making a come back and I just think they are so stinking cute. Here is a cute photo that shows off Iris' pink cons. Very hip!

Anika

It was so nice to meet Anika and her parents, who were referrals from another of my new clients. She is such a cutie with such amazing, piercing dark eyes and she liked to look directly into the camera. Dream baby :)

Johnson Boys

These guys are so much fun to shoot. They have lots of energy and love to play and run, so the park was the perfect option. And I learned the best ways to get little guys to really smile and that is to let them slide, climb trees and just be boys! Good smiles, guys!

Lou is Two!

Here are some photos of my little buddy Lou that we took to celebrate the he is now 2!! He is growing up so fast and will soon be welcoming a new little sister or brother who he already loves. Actually, he was not kissing mommy's belly but was instead biting it, but the photos look so sweet :)
